Grape Varieties Palomino and Arinto

A remarkable terroir-driven white full of interest. The grapes come from the coastal vineyards Pago Miraflores and Pago Pastrana, around Sanlucar de Barrameda and El Puerto de Santa Maria, respecitvely.

It gets a  light skin contact during foot-treading, before barrel-fermentation, and is aged in 700L, ex-Sherry chestnut barrels, for just a couple of months. The Palomino brings concentration, structure, and mouthfeel, while the Arinto adds a citrus vibrancy to lift everything. The wine is textural, saline, and superbly balanced. Quite aromatic, a little pithy, and super fresh.
