Grape Varieties Palomino and Syrah

This wine is simply 'cool'.

How often do you get a red and white blend, in which you can easily pick out vibrant and pure varietal characteristics of both grapes!? 60% Palomino and 40% Syrah. As well as that, the wine is made using foot-treading and whole bunch fermentation, in 500L old sherry butts and 225L chestnut barrels, AND is aged under flor! It has layer upon layer of complexity that changes, grows, and developes over a few days.

Imagine being really into music and having the oportunity to sit and chat to Miles Davis, Nile Rogers, and David Bowie, over the course of an evening...
