Contraste Branco is an excellent example of a Douro white. A mix of traditional Douro white grape varieties, grown at high altitude near the winery in Cedovim. Treated carefully, fermented with temperature control, and a small proportion aged in barriques, this wine exudes concentration of bright fruit flavours and minerality.
