Grape Varieties Garnacha and Albillo Real

A slight tangent from Daniel's Kapi Amphora, the Iluminati is 'enlightened' by the addition of a small amount of white grape, roughly 10% Albillo Real.

The wine is co-fermented and aged in amphora, like the other Kapi Tinto, but the result is a lighter, more elegant, slightly softer version.
