Among the many talha, some seem to be better than others. This can be due to a range of potential factors, often the size, thickness, age, and quality of clay, but also sometimes, position in the winery, suitability to red or white, or even a grape variety.
Talha X is one that suits whites, and the wines made in it are bottled alone. The resulting wines are softer, more rounded, retain acidity, concentration, and depth of flavour. Thay have complexity and balance and are often the most age-worthy.
