Old-vines bring intensity, natural acidity brings juiciness and vibrancy, and then skilled winemaking, knowing not to extract to much, means this wine is super drinkable and more-ish. Aromatics of wild berries, sour red cherry, herbs, and gravelly-earthiness. A light but textural palate, with super fine tannin and a hint of stalky sappiness adding to lift and freshness.
