Based on Tinta Roriz from a single vineyard at Quinta da Meruge, on north-facing slopes high in the Torto valley. Quickly trodden with stems and fermented in stone lagares, for a light extraction. Fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels. A striking wine, with a unique, light elegance and finesse, combined with an enormous complexity and potential for ageing.
