The most rare of Pico's varietal wines, only produced in the best years, and even then usually no more than a thousand bottles are produced.

Aged in oak for 6 around months, the variety naturally has weight and riper, citrus and stone fruit character, but this is aside vibrant acidity and the characteristic valcanic salinity of wines from Pico.
