Grape Varieties Palomino

Equipo HG’s Eclectico range is for their project wines. Still learning what’s possible, what’s best, and what they like most, they experiment a lot with what they’ve got.

This Palomino comes from a centenary vineyard on decomposed granite soils. After foot treading whole bunches, it had a very long skin maceration of 7 months, followed by 15 months in french oak barrels.

A bold and highly aromatic wine full of juicy flavour and complexity.
