A "wine of the people". A style of wine from generations past, expressing the extreme Arribas terroir through a field blend of Juan Garcia, Brunal, Rufete, Bastardo, Godello, and many others.

With great freshness and only a short extraction time, it's lean and juicy-fruited, with stalky wildness and a bit of grippy structure. Good on it's own, but made better with traditional, hearty comfort food.
