Grape Varieties: Jaen Blanco (Cayetana)

A skin contact white wine from a very old variety, sources from high vineyards in the heart of the Gredos mountains. Vinified mostly in stainless steel to retain youthful aromatics, but with a single oak barrel for a little complexity blended in.

The wine is aromatic and rich. Fuller-bodied for a white, with great mouthfeel and texture. Lots of great flavours or orchard fruit and florals, plus some sweeter notes, though a dry wine!
