Grape Varieties Arinto

This wine was born of a forgotten experiment. A parcel of Arinto, harvested with high natural acidity, was put in a barrel to see what would happen. It was forgotten and left for much longer than indended, but the end result was a delightful surprise.

The next year the same was done, but with a little more intension to the protocol, and the result was even better. The Esquecido was born!
