A traditional method sparkling wine, made with a blend of 3 classic VInho Verde grapes, all specialities of Raza.
2 years ageing in bottle, on lees, makes for a classy and elegant sparkling wine, with just a little autolytic richness without it being too bready. There's lots of lemon citrus and orchard fruit flavours, plus bags of fresh acidity keeping a chalky, dry texture super clean and long.
