Grape Varieties Traditional varieties from Alentejo and Baga from Bairrada

Inspired by sharing moments, ideas, and experiences with other winemakers, Susana Esteban invites friends to make a wine with her. She's happy to sit in the Sidecar, while they drive the motorbike!

The 2015 Sidecar is a true collaboration between  winemakers and regions. Half the wine comes from Susana's high altitude, old, field-blend vineyards in the Serra de Sao Mamede. The other half is Filipa's Baga from Bairrada. All the wine has been made in Amphora before being blended.

The 2016 sees Eulogio Pomares bring his experience in white wines from Rias Biaxas to the Alentejo Terroir.
