Grape Varieties Alvarinho

An entirely different Soalheiro. Made with organically grown grapes of Alvarinho, not subject to filtration, the color of the wine is intense, the aroma full and has a complex flavor with vibrant vegetal at the end, mainly due to early harvest, partial malolactic, and the use of both concrete eggs and barrels of chestnut for short ageing.

Soalheiro Terramatter has an elegant and expressive profile. The climatic conditions of the region and the winemaking techiniques used allow a very intense and mineral aroma with a fresh and intense flavour.
