A fascinating wine, with the same high-quality focus as the Quinta red. A blend of Portuguese varieties from old vineyards and fermented with a hint of skin contact. Aged in 300L used, French oak barrels for 6 months.

The field blend and mixed soils sets this wine off with complexity. Delicate fermentation and used oak only add to this. Typically ripe fruit and aromatics are added to by the oak, making for a rich, honeyed tone. All of this is balanced beautifully by fresh acidity, resulting in an elegant wine of great harmony.
