Grape Varieties Bical and Touriga Nacional

A Sparkling white based on the naturally high-acid Bical, but with a little blush added from a bit of Touriga. Extensively aged on lees in bottle as per the traditional method. very fresh, very complex, and very good.

Great as an aperitif, or perhaps with lighter starters, foi gras, or cheese.
